「房間不錯, 但如果由雙人房改為加大雙人床就更好了, 冷氣就最好改為不要對著床頭, 不然睡覺時就一直吹, 隔天就頭痛了。早餐款式是自助的, 但款式比較少, 大概只有10道菜吧。飯店的職員服務很好, 也很親切和幫忙。不過飯店停車場門口有一小段很平滑的也很斜的路, 也請飯店的管理層留意一下, 當天沒有下雨也滑倒了, 下雨的話應該更滑了。升降機的設施蠻新的。」

「I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative...

「Enjoyed my stay at Carousel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. Room was modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, safe and smart TV worked well. Only negative was stairs and no elevator. A little difficult with luggage. Overall, excellent stay!」

The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!」
