「A lot of the water park was closed during our stay. Our room was large with a nice kitchen and fridge set up. This was nice. The handicap accessible shower was terrible. Every time someone showered you had a pool of water all over the bathroom. When we checked into the room there was hard shredded cheese on the kitchen floor. So it could have been cleaner.」

「The stay was mixed. The room was clean and decent, and the breakfast attendant was helpful, with gluten-free muffins available. Skimpy bedding . However, paid parking was overcrowded, ungated, and lacked security. The pool was outdated and extremely crowded. The advertised water park was smaller than expected, and the two main slides were broken throughout the stay with no clear repair timeline. Staff did not offer compensation for the closed attraction, especially for guests who booked through...

「My family only stayed one night but enjoyed the pool, slept well and filled up on a good breakfast for our day of travel. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed us with warm cookies! Even though the property was close to I90, we weren't bothered by any noise. There was some contractor tailgating in the parking lot and a homeless individual at the parking lot entrance but neither derailed us from enjoying our stay.」
