"First let me say I stay in hotels all over the world frequently and different countries have different standards. Front desk staff was great for check in and check out. Room was large and clean even if dated. Tennis tournament going on next door but was enjoyable to watch from balcony. Breakfast coffee was very good, but food options were very limited. "The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC. "
