Great Reno’s on an older hotel. Lovely rooftop patio and hot tub with a view of the lake.

rooms are small with communal fridge in common area, No phone , but nice. the bed was comfortable, quiet at night, had good sleep. cons were: steam shower was shut off, and was not told until tried to use and reported leaking water. Is located on main street close to everything. Staff was nice. will stay again as issues were minor.

Great place to stay. They rooms are beautiful and well furnished and the hotel has everything you need. Location is great, you can walk to restaurants and cafes. It is very good place for what you pay.

Had a great stay. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was lovely. The only very minor thing is that we would have liked to have some coffee cream. We did ask several times but it never came.

Had to pay for parking that only 5 vehicles could park. Only 4 could actually park there. Every time I went to park they were full? When I brought it up in the morning I was refunded (I think) on my card No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower.
