I cannot praise the staff enough for being super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and really made us feel welcome. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, close to eateries and city centre. Would love to have stayed longer, so hope to be back in the near future

Only a one night stay, but hotel room with spacious and clean with all amenities. We happen to be vacationing from Nebraska and proprietor had a daughter living in Omaha. Great talk with him and his family about the Huskers. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming.

Fantastic reception desk and host. Very helpful with local knowledge about where to eat, what to do around Nelson. They even helped us book boat / walking tour to the Abel Tasman National Park.
