Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.

This is a beautiful property. The hosts could not have been more helpful. There were many nice touches like biscuits to have with coffee and beautiful towels and linen. What a great place to stay.

Good hospitality thanks! Just one thing not comfortable about was cleanliness. Hairs were on the Cushions, some odd smells around bed area. Otherwise it’s a nice accommodation. Breakfast were also delicious.

Hello Hisayo, Sorry that you found some hairs on the cushions. I do not understand about the smell near the bed. No one else has ever brought this to our attention. Maybe it is the polish we use on the furniture. Our units are deeply cleaned after every stay. Regards Nick

Great location within easy walking of Nelson centre and the Centre of New Zealand. We had the garden room which was spacious and looked out onto a lovely well kept garden and lemon tree. Lovely breakfast brought to us each morning.

Needed a one night stopover close to the city centre. Very well looked after by Nick and Anne and very walkable. Enjoyed their recommendations and the kiwi continental breakfast brought to our unit. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Well kitted out for self catering stays too.

Annick House
We stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Accomodation was comfortable & hosts Annie & Nick were wonderful. Nice quiet area close to town restaurants & also walks up the Grampians Reserve.

Insgesamt waren wir 10 Tage im Annicks und fühlten uns wie zu Hause, sehr familiär. Unbedingt mit Frühstück buchen, perfekt. Die Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung, Nick hat uns sogar die trockenen Wäsche abgenommen und ins Studio gebracht. Great hosts, we'll be back.

Gracious hosts, comfy room!
A warm and friendly home away from home; peaceful, yet centrally located to both event-filled Nelson and forested trails and parks. My father and I loved it!

First time at a B&B
We were very pleased with our accommodations and the convenient location. We were greeted by Nick upon our arrival. He was a bundle of information about the area and things to do. The breakfast were the best and brought to our flat fresh and warm. Nick and Ann are gracious hosts and obviously enjoy sharing their lovely home and gardens with their guests.

Homely
Homely place to stay with attentive, knowledgeable hosts. Plenty to do in the area especially a walk in the Abel Tasman National Park. One hour drive away.

Great location in central Nelson
Hosts Ann and Nick were wonderful. So nice to have breakfast delivered to the room each morning. We had plenty of room in the "Africa" room to spread out and enjoy. Access to laundry and a drying line were much needed after 2 weeks of travel!

Very nice B&B. Spacious and spotlessly clean.
A whole suite of rooms, private deck and a pretty garden. A modern house and no view, but very nice hosts and very comfortable.

Lovely B&B to stay in Nelson
This is a lovely B&B in Nelson, within easy walking distance of the town for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was excellent, it was like a home from home, very comfortable. If we ever to get to Nelson again, we would definitely stay at this B&B.

Lovely bed and breakfast accommodation
We had a great 2 night stay in the Out of Africa suite which had everything we could possibly need. Many thanks for looking after us so well.

Very nice B&B within walking distance of city cenr
The hosts were very helpful. Laundry facilities were available. It was very comfortable. It was like a very well planned small apartment. We would stay there again.

Out O Africa
This B&B is in an established neighborhood and is close to town for shopping and dining. The owners gave us several suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Hot breakfast on request if not leaving too early. Otherwise, cereal, toast, jam, juice and fruit are delivered the night before. We stayed in the "out of Africa" room above the garage with an African decor. Washer is available for use and hang laundry out to dry. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
Lovely 3 night stay. Our accommodation was a self contained annexe with a separate lounge. Our hosts were very welcoming and the delicious breakfasts were brought to our door at the time requested. We had a lovely sitting out area overlooking the garden to enjoy the afternoon sun. Restaurants and shops were about 10 to 15 minute walk away.

Short stay would be ok
Suite is above garage so that could be an issue if you wanted quiet. Can easily walk to restaurants and shops. No air conditioning. Very small yard.

Annick House - a great place to stay in Nelson
Our stay could not have been better! Large private suite, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the most accommodating hosts one could want. Nick and Ann looked after everything and even offered to lend us bikes to use getting around. The breakfasts were great and delivered to our room at the time we specified. There are free laundry facilities available, which we were happy to use after a long tr.

Great B&B close to downtown
This was a very nice B&B in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to downtown (5-10 min) and the hosts are very welcoming.
