「The property itself is very pretty with beautiful well looked after garden. Very disappointed about the beach which with low tide looked depressing. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Bar and restaurant were dull and depressing areas. Good singer in the evening but on our second night she ruined our evening by allowing a guest to sing song after song. He was awful! Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as it was dirty in the evening.」

「We arrived Seashell neil after staying in 2 other Seashell properties and we thought it will be the same. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, as we did in the past. From our room we could hear the loud music at the restaurant. Live music was common for us due to our previous hotels.
