「Great overall but too far from amenities and The Seven Mile Beach」

「These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The reservation manager is not in office but we'll have him call you back...

「We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Little Bay Country Club. The location is a short drive from Seven Mile Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of other tourist activities. The condo was clean, reasonably stocked with the basics, and had a solid internet connection for our entire stay. The private beach is small but nice and was great for watching the sunset in the evenings. Communication with the owner and manager was good. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!」

「Air conditioner was not working, shower head was broken so just dripping water, stand-up fan was not working, patio light was not working. Reported these issues to the property management on the first night but no results. We ended up leaving after the second night and had to book another stay somewhere else. Since it was last minute, it ended up costing us triple time. Property management refuse to give us a refund for the second night in which we were forced to stay uncomfortably.」

「Stay started badly. This place has individually owned units. I was not given the room number and had to wait at security for an hour. Then I was sent to the wrong unit by the unit owners maid. It was a nice one. After shopping to stock up and unpacking hotels.com sent me the unit number I was supposed to have. The next day the maid showed up to advise that I had to move. The new unit was totally across the complex, missing a remote for the a/c, have no toiletries, did not have functioning...
