"Great lobby, beautiful pool area and amenities, excellent breakfast, amazing staff. Room is clean, bed is super comfortable. Rooms need some updating."

" In terms of the overall atmosphere, it’s very pleasant; the place is renovated and looks great. However, there are parts that still haven’t been renovated and are quite shocking, like the spa — Isrotel charges for the hotel’s spa, and it’s terrible; the appearance and overall condition are really not good. The food also needs improvement, especially the desserts, where there is clearly no investment at all — neither at breakfast nor at dinner."

"General cleanliness of the room was poor for a country so high-tech the TV was old and there was no USB port in the room Also when the room was cleaned it wasn’t clean. Thoroughly marks were left on the shower door tissues were not replenished just missing that five star touch that they promise."
