"The hotel was very difficult to find as it doesn’t show location on google maps. Once we arrived, the night manager was amazing and the remainder of our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was a highlight as well."

"Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level."

"If you’re looking for a resort that genuinely delivers on every promise of luxury, service and experience, Ikos Olivia is about as close to perfect as it gets. From the moment you arrive, everything feels effortless and beautifully considered. The setting is stunning, with immaculately kept gardens leading down to a pristine private beach. It strikes a rare balance between feeling spacious and peaceful, while still offering everything you could possibly want within easy reach. The accommodation is elegant and comfortable, with a calm, understated design that immediately helps you switch off. It’s consistently exceptional. The team are attentive without ever being intrusive, and there’s a genuine warmth that makes the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and everything just works. The food is another standout. This is not typical all-inclusive dining. Across multiple restaurants, the quality is consistently high, with a wide variety of cuisines and beautifully presented dishes. Every meal feels like a proper dining experience rather than a compromise. One of the most impressive aspects is how truly “all-inclusive” the resort is. "Half the amenities at the hotel were closed during our stay which made the stay far less than enjoyable. Outdoor swimming pools were not accessible. Outdoor adventure golf was not available despite excellent weather. It did not leave with much to do in the hotel. Even the basic spa facilities were not available. Steam room and other facilities were under repairs during our stay and something we were really looking forward to."

"Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2 year old at Sani. It was our first time and we had already booked for next year (at Sani Club) before we left. We loved all the pools and the dine around programme that gave us access to more than 20 excellent restaurants. Nice room at Sani Beach but will benefit from the renovation planned for winter 2026. In the meantime, the other 4 hotels at the resort are top notch!"
