The room was small and next to the road. Very noisy. Staff were great but I would stay in a ground floor away from the road next time. Breakfast was not on sight but at the beach at another restaurant. It was pretty good but not enough fresh fruit.

Rooms close to the beach

We had a pleasant stay in a nice room. We booked a double bed room but we had a last minute guest.we informed the staff a two days before our arrival and they were happy to give us a spare bed -with extra charge-. We arrived at 13:30 and had to wait 30 min for our room to get sorted. The domestics came the next day at appr 15:30.It was the time we arrived from the beach and wanted to have a shower and a nap so we had to ask them not to clean the room. Sunbeds were provided free at a beautiful bay. Quiet in the night but a bit noisy during the day as some kids were playing right in front of our door. No issues with the water-had both hot and cold water and the room was clean when we arrived..I would recommend it and would go back sometime.

bonjour, nous sommes arrivés tard à l'hôtel, il nous a été impossible de partir tout de suite mais nous sommes partis le lendemain matin alors que nous devions y séjourner 3 nuits. Nous avons trouvé une chambre très salle, pour nous la formule "économique" ne veut pas dire la formule "saleté" (durant notre séjour nous avons eu des "formules économiques" dans d'autres hôtels qui étaient simples mais propre. Il est admissible que vous proposiez à la vente ce genre de produits. Nous avons dû trouver des hôtels pour deux nuits en urgence et cela nous a coûté 210 € et nous souhaitons un dédommagement. C'est la première fois que nous passons par HOTEL.COM, que devons nous en penser ? Nous comptons sur votre retour d'information. A vous lire - Cordialement. François et Bernadette FILIPPI

Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo...posizione perfetta...lo consiglio perché è comodo per tutto...vicino alle spiagge più belle ...ristorantini e localini molto carini sulla spiaggia.Unica pecca nella camera...la vasca piccolissima invece della doccia.Comunque ottimo

hotel mit vielen Enttäuschungen

wir haben uns auf das hotel gefreut, nur leider wurden wir vom Service, sauberkeit und lage enttäuscht. lerm der in nähe wohnenden mitarbeiter des hotels war keine aussnahme sehr schade

Natura e relax sull'isola di Naxos

Ottima posizione. A 15 minuti di macchina dal porto. La struttura è immersa nel verde a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, buona colazione in struttura convenzionata. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Sofia, la giovane e simpaticcissima ragazza alla reception. Unica pecca: la camera era un pò piccola ma abbiamo visto che non erano tutte così all'interno della struttura.

Schöne Lage, leider (noch) ein altes Zimmer!

Die Zimmer am Strand haben eine tolle Lage direct über der schönen Beachbar. Leider verdeckt das Dach etwas den Ausblick. Und leider hatten wir noch eines von den beiden alten, nicht renovierten Zimmern. Die sind schon sehr griechisch! Aber die Familie und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Haben beispielsweise sofort die Sesseln am Balkon gegen bequemere getauscht. Das Frühstück ist a-la-Carte und äußert lecker und großzügig. Auch die Liegen sind inkludiert und die liebe Alexandra reserviert auch gerne welche in der 1. Reihe.

God service og dejlig strand

Hyggelig lille lejlighed lige op af appelsintræer. Nyt badeværelse. Der blev gjort rent hver dag og servicen var helt i top. Køkkenet i lejligheden kunne godt trænge til en opfriskning og evt. en elkedel. Man spiser godt i den tilknyttede restaurant, som har udsigt ud over vandet. Vi fik tilbudt gratis liggestole på den lille strand ud for restauranten. Og da vi skulle til lufthavnen fik vi tilbudt et gratis lift i hotellets lille bus.

Beautiful renovated rooms, we definetly come back

Erg mooie gerenoveerde kamer. Dankzij hotels.com hebben we de helft van de standaardprijs betaald. De standaardprijs zou veel te hoog zijn in mijn mening. Wij hadden perfecte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ik zou hier graag terugkomen

Good location but expensive for what it is

We booked with what we thought was Agia Anna studios only to realise upon arrival in Naxos that whoever owns the studios, owns several properties and so we were sent around a while until we found the place we were booked in to stay. The room was above a beach bar, which whilst we were concerned about the level of noise, it was actually very quiet and restful. The room was very simple and basic but clean and with a nice sea view. Organisation wise it wasn't the best as the people at the beach bar weren't too organised when it came to telling us about breakfast or where and how we'd be paying upon check out. All in all a pleasant stay but not worth the money we spent on it.

DO NOT STAY HERE

No WIFI as advertised, any room or reception. Breakfast off-site and ridiculous. Staff bad attitudes. Family fueding over hotel and customers the victim. No water for a day, told fixed, cooked spaghetti was green and smelled of petrol. Yelled at regarding parking because of the family fueding.

Organisation gleich null !

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Aiga Ana Studio gebucht.Unsere Anreise hat sich durch einen Todesfall in der Familie um 3 Tage nach hinten verschoben wir wollten also die 3 Nächte Aufenthalt dort bleiben,nur 3 Tage später, was uns telefonisch auch zu gesichert wurde,das dies kein Problem sei. Wir sind im Rahmen der Check in zeit,die im Internet Angegeben war, dort angekommen,jedoch war die Rezeption zu. Nach dem wir telefonisch erfragt hatten wo wir hin mussten,wurde uns erklärt,dass kein Zimmer für uns frei sei. Uns wurde dann ein alternativ ,,Zimmer,, angeboten, welches wirklich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand war. Da uns aber keine andere Möglichkeit blieb ,haben wir dort übernachtet. Als wir am nächsten Tag fragten wie es jetzt weiter gehen soll und nach langem hin und her überlegen ist der Dame von der Rezeption eingefallen,dass sie ja auch mal in ihren Unterlagen nach schauen könnte....da ist ihr dann aufgefallen,dass unsere Zimmer die ganze zeit frei Stand. Viel Aufregung um nix ,wenn man etwas besser organisiert gewesen wäre. Zu. Glück spricht mein freund perfekt griechisch und konnte das alles klären . Letzten Endes war unsere Zimmer super schön und so wie es beschrieben war ...wir haben dann sogar die Differenz zwischen den Preisen für die erste Nacht erstattet bekommen.
