「The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.」

「Had a nightmare taxi journey from airport to Fadidi House, but the staff and Boucar (owner) made me feel at ease. The place has a family vibe and they make sure you’re happy and feeling the positive vibes! Rooftop area is sublime and I slept well in a room that had a private balcony. Breakfast was continental style, I bought some bagels when out so I could make my breakfast a little heavier as I was out on tours and activities everyday 🙈 Thank you again 🙏」

The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, though a few areas could use some updating. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.」
