"Reflective of the excellent price, clean and adequate for a stopover en route to the Channel Tunnel. Restuarant and bakery within walking distance. Beds comfy and family room generously sized as always. Just a bit of a dated hotel compared to some B&Bs but perfectly fine for a stopover and price was excellent. "

"Had problems initially finding the hotel as the maps link took us somewhere else. Also roadworks made it a roundabout entrance. The property is a little tired, but well located for onward travel. Breakfast was very good"

"Just stayed the one night as travelling through. Welcome at reception was good and lady was friendly. Room was fine (only booked the economy room). Food at restaurant was very good"
