「When I arrived at the property, despite me canceling my previous reservation, they were confused as they saw two reservations, and even after me showing that I had canceled it, they still gave me a hard time. They should have better communication with the booking agency so that this does not happen to someone else in future. The room was OK but nothing spectacular. Definitely not a five star hotel by any means .」

「Not the cheapest hotel but value for money. Recommended! Same as the picture shown on the offical page. Pros: New. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Toilet with both shower and bath tub. Sufficient sockets. Super friendly staff. Quiet place for sleep facing the greenery with bird singing in the morning. With balcony. Air-con worked very well. Breakfast in big portion, tasty and could try Sri Lankan style (fish curry, roti, potato curry, spicy coconut flakes) Cons: Shower water temperature a...

「Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...

「Beautiful place! It’s a little bit secluded which is great as it’s not noisy but you can still get to the main activities very easily. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool is such a treat when it’s a hot day out. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The front desk helped us book a tour during our stay for the same day as we had a bit of time leftover and no plans. The breakfast buffet was excellent- there was a very friendly lady cooking the egg hoppers right at...
