I booked a non smoking room. Got there and the lady, barely could understand her said she had to put me in a smoking room. That’s all they had. So I check the room out. Smoke smell was terrible and the room was horrible!!

Room was disgusting. TV didn’t work and fleas. I lost two days. Had to check out early and no refund back. The site should be more accurate. Falsification with false pictures none of it matched.

Predicted the worst, got something close to it.

You get what you pay for type of place. A $65 a night spot with all smoking rooms is expected to be pretty well worn and dingy. It would have been nice if the room was cleaner. Even if you have stale cigarette smoke stench in the room you could at least try and mask it. The bedside tables had ashes still on them from the last guest which means even basic cleaning wasn’t done properly. I’d pay $20-$30 more to stay somewhere that didn’t turn my feet black when I walked across the carpet next time.

The place wasn’t as clean as it should be there was no Wi-Fi the Internet was very iffy the cable was not the greatest and the representative the that works there was very nasty wouldn’t refund me any money and wouldn’t help me out with my situation

I had no hot water my entire night and could not take a shower, the room smelled of smoke HEAVILY they didn’t even try to hide the smell, my towels weren’t clean and there was an overwhelming abundance of insects. Overall I did not have a great stay

Begging for a room with 🔒

Well, the Room I stayed in had no chain! I accepted it that way because I wasn’t alone. Decided to stay another day! I said I wanted another room, but Attendant told me there weren’t any more rooms available! Not True! I told her I wanted a refund and the she offered me another room. Bigger, Better! Didn’t have to Bribe😖

Worst place, service was the worst I have experienced in my life and the room smelled bad it was alike someone had a smoked session for hours before we arrived and then they were like here’s your room. I didn’t want to take a shower or a bath In the Jacuzzi chipped paint I can go on and on but be worry of this place the worst

i love going there but this last room smell like smoke bad like someone was just in the room smell like no one aired it out at least and sprayed it to smell better. the curtain looked like someone could see in the room plus when i walked out the room someone was sitting on the floor near my door scared me regardless if some rent a room thet should have respect not to be near the door. plus someone had their music playing all night having a party and people staying near my window having conversation. i go to a motel or hotel for a night to have a nice eveing with my love one . very disappointed.
