「The sanitary conditions of the room here are very poor, and the bedbugs helped me bite two pieces.」

「We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter」

「Our stay was awesome, highlight: our food delivery did not send plates with our food the bartender gave us plates silverware and napkins. Its a little thing but meant a lot.」

「I read at least the reviews of more than 20 similar level hotels near it and finally chose this one. It turned out to be a very smart choice. The staff is very friendly and it is overall very clean, I mean the whole hotel. The bed is very comfortable, beyond my expectations. The room is relatively quite. If you don't want to be bothered by the cars outside, you could ask for a room facing their courtyard. There is no breakfast but they provide 3 kinds of coffee. Of course tean and hot water.」

「Reserved my room sort of last minute, we were heading to Baltimore for the Ado concert and needed a good place to stay. Phenomenal customer service, the front desk associates were incredibly friendly, it was nice and quiet, the Internet was reliable and everything was easy to understand! We will be staying here again whenever we are in the area! 」

「Staff were very friendly. The hotel is very nice, clean, and safe. The rooms are very clean and of good size. Parking is free. The paid breakfast is very good, worth the money. I would certainly stay here again. 」
