「This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. 「Very Good hotel I recommended, the area is with easy access to the airport and more from: Nsimba.」

「They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.」

「The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. 」
