「Vi valgte, for en meget stor del dette hotel pga. fotos af en dejligt stor pool. Desværre var poolen mere en sump end en pool, fuldstændig grøn og slimet på bunden - sikkert også sundhedsfarlig ! En ny undskyldning hver dag, for hvorfor poolen er som den er, og hvornår det blev bragt iorden - det skete aldrig ! Ellers et ok hotel til prisen, men vi kom langt hen ad vejen for poolen. Absolut ingen kompensation for den manglende pool.」

I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke.」
