"Staff were so friendly and spoke English as often as they could which made communicating so much easier. All day coffee machine in the lobby was really appreciated. Loved the heated flooring during the cold weather. Bus stop was a couple minutes walk and had cafes, restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance."

"The hotel room is very run down, dirty and the aircon, lights and tv only work intermittenly. The toilet is rusty and dirty. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10. The staff was always very helpful and anticipated anything you would need to make sure your stay was comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The views were incredible and the gym was very nice. I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. Also walking distance to Song-Do beach "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan.
