The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what you're doing. "5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please do not hesitate to contact the manager if you come across any inconveniences. They will definitely look after you and ensure you are happy."
