O hotel em si a localização é muito boa, porém os móveis são muito defasados e velhos. Mas o Cafe da manhã deles é muito bom e o ar estava funcionando muito bem.

Hotel super desorganizado. Havíamos reservado 03 quartos, mas só encontraram reserva para um quarto apenas. Ficamos duas horas esperando resolver o problema. Em um quarto a torneira da pia do banheiro ficou a noite inteira pingando. Em outro quarto, a fechadura da porta estava quebrada. Sobre a limpeza , não tenho do que reclamar. Tudo muito limpo. Os banheiros não tinham saída de ar, então ficava o mal cheiro todo no quarto. Espelhos velhos e manchados.

O hotel e bem limpo com uma estrutura boa. Cafe da manha basico mais bom. Estacionamento é pago e precisa aguardar abertura pelos recepcionistas pra entrar e sair. A internet funciona bem nas areas comuns mas no quarto nao pega quase nunca.

Porta da varanda não fechava, dormimos com ela praticamente aberta, muito barulho (porta batendo dive que por papel para amenizar) Não tinha vagas grátis (absurdo) para o carro tinha que pagar ou deixá-lo na rua, então o meu ficou na rua por conta do absurdo em cobrar o estacionamento Foi a primeira vez que vir esse tipo de cobrança em Natal (já viajo para lá a mais de 12 anos

Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei em toda minha vida e olha que já viajei muito ao longo da vida já me hospedei em diversos hotéis mais esse realmente foi o pior de todos. Eu posso escrever um livro de todos os pontos negativos, ponto positivos não tem nenhum. se você pressa por um bom hotel, uma boa estadia não vá nesse. pois busco conforto e pelo menos uma Boa HIGIENE QUE É O MÍNIMO DE UM HOTEL. Não conseguimos nem pisar descaso no chão do quarto, aquele piso faz mil anos que não vê uma água. Sem contar da coberta suja, que deu até nojo. Agora para mim foi o cúmulo não ter água quente para tomar banho , reclamos na recepção E foi nos falado que estava fria por ter muita gente usando e por estar em lotação, cara, se não suporta lotação fecha essa hotel e declara falência.. Ficamos tomando banho na água fria. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, e disseram que não teria como.
