O apartamento que fiquei hospedado não correspondeu as fotos da reserva, fiquei em um apartamento atras do restaurante com uma sacada para o muro, minha colega de empresa pagou o mesmo valor e ficou em apartamento com sacada e vista para o mar e ainda ganhou uma necessarie do hotel… qualidade da alimentação deixou a desejar também

Ótimo hotel, com ótima vista para o mar. O hotel é muito bonito tanto por dentro como por fora. Outro ponto muito positivo é a diversidade de dinâmicas oferecida pelo hotel para o entretenimento dos hóspedes. Super recomendado.

Hotel indicado por um familiar, mas constatei que o hotel decaiu bastante... Internet horrível, dependendo do quarto, se quiser descansar não vai conseguir pelo barulho, Tv com vários canais que não funcionavam, os elevadores do meu bloco onde fiquei, não funcionaram 2 dias, sendo q o restaurante fica no primeiro e eu no quinto andar... Quarto 501 com cheiro estranho.. serviço de limpeza, bem feito Café da manhã mto bom, jantar bom.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.

Nunca fomos tão mal atendidos em um hotel, começando pela recepção, o pessoal trata vc com desprezo e arrogância, e vc se sente como como estivesse pedindo um favor. É constrangedor!!!! Os metres / gerentes, que ficam organizando tudo, são super antipáticos, e abusados, os recreadores, principalmente o da hidroginástica executa aula no automático , sem simpatia alguma, com a cara de abuso. Só os garçons que são mais simpáticos, um milagre!!! Ressalto ainda que meu ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite, ficaram de arrumar um quarto para minha transferência e não resolveram, apenas me mandaram um ventilador... Só no outro dia que trocaram uma peça do ar, que estava quebrada, com certeza entregam os quartos sem testarem as condições dos mesmos. Resumindo equipe completamente despreparada para atender os hospedes. Nesse hotel jamais me hospedarei novamente!!!!!!!!!

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e ótima localização. Os funcionários, na sua maioria, são bem atenciosos. O regime de meia pensão vale a pena. O grande inconveniente foi ficar hospedado no primeiro andar, onde funciona o restaurante do hotel. Há um barulho considerável até às 23 h, aproximadamente.

Estada esmeralda agosto/2017

Chegamos um dia apos combinado, devido cancelamento vôo. A recepcionista Lidiane, muito atenciosa, nos atendeu muito bem, já providenciou um almoço para nosso melhor bem estar. O hotel eh otimo, piscina limpa, comida otima neste caso fomos com meia-pensao, uma delicia! Utilizamos tbém o salao beleza, tdu perfeito com horario agendado! Apenas uma observação, o hotel vive cheio de argentinos, (eles não são muito educados na hora das refeições) , detalhe superado qdo se trata da estrutura e organização do hotel. Bem localizado, super-recomendo!
