O que sobra em Charme falta em Conforto. O colchão é PÉSSIMO, de molas e ja deveria ter sido trocado há uns 10 anos de tão velho e desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca, que não mudou muito o cenário. Impossível conseguir dormir bem nesses colchões. Os travesseiros não fugiram desse padrão. No mais, tudo bem!

Experiência aquém das expectativas

Logo ao chegar no chalé, haviam esquecido de roupa de cama e toalhas, não havia colheres na cozinha e apenas dois copos e dois pratos. Além disso, o ambiente estava com forte cheiro de mofo, então tivemos que comprar produtos de limpeza pra manter o mínimo de cheiro aceitável no quarto. Café da manhã com poucas variedades e a mesma coisa todos os dias. O banheiro fica embaixo e o quarto em cima, dificultando muito o conforto dentro do chalé, além de que a escada não tinha corrimão pra subir e descer e era perigosa. Só recomendo àquelas pessoas que queiram se hospedar em um lugar extremamente rústico e com pouca tecnologia.

No geral os funcionários com bom atendimento e estacionamento bom, porém a internet não funcionava, a geladeira e o chuveirinho tinha mofo, fora que vazava água da geladeira. A porta do banheiro não fechava direito. O lugar é muito bonito e aconchegante, bastante natureza.

A foto que aparece não condiz com o quarto, Instalações antigas, com morfo. Diz que é acessível para cadeira de rodas mas é cheio de escadas. Não menciona antes da reserva que o acesso ao quarto se dar por meio de escadas. Ponto positivo é o café da manhã, o resto deixa a desejar.

An impeccable little stay! The only suggestions I’d have for a 40’C country is to have air conditioning on both floors as the chalets can not handle both floors closed off. However the cutest stay by far in a 2 month trip to Brazil ❤️

Hotel mediano, mas pelo preço vale a pena.

Pelo preço vale a pena, ambiente diferente e bonitinho, mas é um hotel antigo que necessita de reforma. Ponto negativo mto forte é que eles não permitem delivery. Imagina vc chegar cansado no hotel e ser obrigado a pedir somente do restaurante deles? Não tem opção de pedir uma salada, sushi ou qualquer outro lugar que queira. Entao tem que sair cansado p comprar comida pq eles nao permitem delivery. As al.ofadas necessotam see higienizadas, se olhsr por debaixo da capa estão mofadas. Fora isso, é um hotel bem diferente daqueles quartos de hotel iguais.

O lugar é bonito, mas o chalé me desapontou.

O lugar é lindo e a piscina enorme. Porém, chalé que fiquei não atendeu as minhas expectativas. O ar condicionado apenas resfriava. Na parte de baixo não havia ar e o ventilador de teto não ventilava nada. Passamos muito calor, até pedirmos um ventilador de mesa para ajudar. Pouquíssimos utensílios de cozinha. A geladeira estava cheia de água. O fogão e pano de prato sujos. A localização é boa e os funcionários agradáveis. Talvez eu não tenha tido sorte com a hospedagem. Não pretendo voltar.

Minha experiência foi incrível. Um lugar calmo, que traz paz é tranquilidade. Ótimo para quem quer um sossego e relaxar. Café da manhã foi entregue no chalé, devido às normas do covid,m. Ah.. sem contar que estão seguindo s roscas todas as normas! Em todas as áreas possui álcool em gel.

O local e os chalets são lindos, porém precisam melhorar em muitos aspectos (conforto, limpeza, infraestrutura, café da manhã, etc.), pontos que já repassei para os próprios funcionários após a minha estadia. No mais, o hotel possui uma ótima localização, pois fica perto de restaurantes, padarias, e até da orla de Ponta Negra.

Péssimo atendimento!

Infelizmemte tive uma péssima experiencia em minha estadia no Chalet Suisse justo na semana em comemoração ao dia dos namorados. Inicialmente nao tinha uma recepção funcionando e fui atendida por dois rapazes que aparentemene eram da manutenção enquanto preparavam seu almoço em um chalet e eu estavacom meu namorado do lado de fora, não tive um cadastro inicial ou confirmaram nossos documentos, me liberaram um chalet com luzes queimadas e sem roupa de cama na parte superior. O que me deixou mais triste foi descobrir no dia seguinte que devido ao COVID não estavam servindo café da manhã (o que é compreensível devido ao isolamento), porém, não houve avisoprevio na reserva aqui no site e nem no péssimo atendimento oferecido pelos funcionários. Resumindo, paguei por algo que me oferecia um buffet para dois, não tive o serviço, a revolução parcial de valor e menos ainda um pedido de desculpas pelo transtorno. Foi uma péssima experiencia e sinceramente, não pretendo voltar ou recomendar o lugar para ninguém.
