When I first read the reviews, I was reluctant to book this hotel. But I saw some recent photos that the hotel has been renovated. Everything provided was very professional and clean. The queue management at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very efficient. Free-flow alcohol beverages was a plus.

We will be back!

We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

Area was quite remote and you need a car to get around Nasu as there is nothing in walking distance, however snacks and drinks were complimentary each day at set hours, mineral outdoor onsen/spar was perfect and staff were amazing. Airconditioning was disappointing as it was preset with the main hotel and could not change temperature only adjust fan. Views were amazing from the restaurant and breakfast bar. Many young children when we stayed as the hotel focuses on kids with indoor and outdoor playground. Overall very nice hotel with amazing staff and great place to base yourself and explore Nasu with a car.

家族5人で和室に宿泊しました。 カーテンに虫の死骸とカメムシに遭遇したのはマイナス点でしたが景色は絶景でした。 ラウンジの無料ドリンクとナッツ類でまったり時間を過ごして温泉と朝食バイキングでも癒されました。 設備やサービス、接客は大満足でした。 また同じ施設に宿泊したいですが和室ではなく洋室がいいと思いました。

今回2回目の宿泊をさせてもらいました♪ 子供はもちろん、大人も楽しめる施設で最高に楽しい２日間を遅れました♪お友達ファミリーも誘い、大満足してました✨15時からのドリンクも13時30分から空けてくださって、たくさん飲めてたくさんお菓子が食べれました♪お部屋も、フロントも、すべてが清潔で快適に過ごせました♪ 今度は八ヶ岳なグランドメルキュールに行く予定です♪
