「On my arrival I was told by the hotel that they don't work with hotel. Com and they don't have any room for me. This has been worst experience I had with hotel.com. It took me 2 hours after to find another room. I would appreciate if you could call me on 00919898667939 to discuss this further and I would appreciate if I could get full refund ASAP 」

「I had booked a hotel for family trip on 23jan2021 wherein i got the check-in date on 23jan and check out 26jan 2021 also received confirmation mail from hotels.com simultaneously will be paid the amount at hotel and when i reached at the Himanshu resorts at night on 023jan2021 then were refused to provide the hotel stay and they said that no booking was being denied as all rooms were occupied and when i tried to contact the hotel.com at night it could bot be done because service 9 am to 7pm only...

「I was there for 3 Nights, that was a duplay room and was very small, very old property but somehow maintained. most of machienes at Gym was not working. Limited buffet menu. Its just a good Hotel not a Resort」
