「Although rather dated in style (rooms have dark furniture/ not a great deal of natural light) this hotel was friendly, welcoming and very comfortable with a powerful shower in the bathroom. Nice pool area and a good breakfast with reasonable choices. You need a car to get about and to get out to restaurants in the evening. The Grand Ol Opry is close as is the Opry Mills outlet mall. 」

「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...
