Room was clean, but very humid. Had to cut air way down to stop that BUT at least the air did work quickly! Would stay again but really wish they would have let us know parking was $45 to self park or $50 for valet ahead of time!

Great hotel with exceptional service. The only thing we absolutely did not like was how they made the beds. There was like a duvet between two sheets and there was not way to sleep comfortably within the two sheets separating and then ending up with only the duvet. Then the bed would totally disarray ...

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
Loved all the Christmas decorations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Help with luggage both at check-in and check-out was seamless and attendant very friendly. Valet parking attendants were excellent. Totally enjoyed the Riverboat Cruise at the end of our stay.......oh, and the ICE sculptures ...
