「I was staying at a Gaylord property before my stay here and this was so much better. Very comfortable here」

「很好」

「This was an amazing stay! Very clean and within walking distance to many great restaurants and my now favorite smash burgers "bad luck burgers". Loved the decor. A must stay!」

「I really liked staying here I love the vibe of the place and my room was clean and cozy. I also loved the bar/coffee shop and the lounge area. Close to downtown but you would still have to uber/rideshare to get around/nothing within walking distance. Would stay here again!」

「Despite numerous negative reviews, I must say it's excellent, and the bathroom is also very clean.」

「The spaciousness and all of the extra amenities in each room make this property an amazing deal especially for the price. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in each unit makes this an ideal place for extended stays. Kasa by Eighteen is centralized and a short drive to most everything in Nashville. The neighborhood feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and uniquely themed bars all within walking distance to the property. Parking on the property is limited. My husband would like to...

「Great value for what it is!」

「Large room. Clean with everything you would need. This is not a quiet property and there’s no staff on site. So depending on your preferences, it could be great for you or not. I will say there is a bar attached to the building and that staff is incredibly kind and helpful as much as they can be.」

「The room was very nice the manager Nick showed me the room before booking and even gave me a free upgrade since we had a bad experience at another location I was tied and he made check in a breeze. Only thing was the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and it was reported and taken care of. Very friendly staff as well.」

「Very great hotel I come all the time nice size tvs too great price can't beat it」

「Everything went very well it was very smooth process the room was clean the staff was very helpful and nice and I definitely would stay again」

「Thank you」

「Our stay was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city. The host stay incontact with us making sure everything was going well, which was amazing. You have enough space for the entire family plus some. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay. We would definitely book again.」
