This hotel is a gem! Easy, flat walk to Broadway. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the river and downtown. The bed was comfy and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided as well as coffee, tea, small dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand towel. Washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!!

Our group of 41 adults stayed at SoBro Placemakr. While the location and rooms were nice, the experience was overshadowed by inconsistent early check-in policies and poor front desk conduct. I confirmed in advance that early check-in would cost $50 if available and shared that with our group. Upon arrival, some guests were charged while others were allowed to check in for free. When I politely asked for clarification, the front desk clerk was confrontational, told me to “back away from the desk,” and said free early check-in was based on “discretion” and my “approach.” Other guests were told early check-in was free due to “good energy,” or that staff “allows people up whenever they feel like it.” This arbitrary, dismissive behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. We enjoyed the rooms, but we will not return. Nashville has many better options with consistent policies and respectful service.

The location and unit size are a ten. Sadly, the service that we received from the front desk manager, Alicia was disheartening. We had 39 people booked at this hotel for a gathering in town. As we checked in, some folks were selected for free early check-in while others were charged 50.00 dollars. When Alicia was asked why, she was rude and told me to get away from the desk. Alicia stated that people get free check in and it’s decided by “your approach.” As my other friends checked in one was told, “you have good energy so you’ll be free.” Later, Alicia denied all of this but later saw my friend who she allowed to check in early-“hey, you got me in trouble.” I am writing a letter to the management next. This person actually appeared happy to be so spiteful to customers. We are not an overly picky group, and although we enjoyed our stay after check-in, we will not be returning.

We enjoyed the very big and modern apartment like feel of the rooms. The location is amazing if you plan to hang out on Broadway. It is a short walk yet you aren't too close to the action where you hear the music all night. For breakfast, there is a wonderful diner on the corner or Pancack Pantry is 1 block away, or just cook in your full kitchen. Wonderful stay.

The apartment itself was decent, but the staff were absolutely awful and intimidating. We were unfairly charged an extra $50 just for checking in at 1:30 PM, even though check-in was supposedly at 2:00 PM—charging that much for being 30 minutes early is ridiculous and feels like a money grab. On checkout day, hotel security aggressively banged on our door at 11:00 AM, threatening us with an additional $200 fee if we didn’t leave immediately. Security stood outside yelling that our time was up, creating a hostile and frightening environment. The staff behavior throughout our 4-day stay was consistently rude, unprofessional, and threatening. This place may look nice, but the treatment we received completely ruined the experience. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid it.

The apartment was very cool and in a great location but there were a few drawbacks including missing blinds so the room wouldn't get all the way dark at night, a very slow draining sink, and some holes in the couch. Still though, incredibly cool place and I'd stay again.

Easy to follow parking and checkin instructions, and the apartment is spectacular. View, decor and space is move in ready. Too bad we're only staying a night. Highly recommend!! Will return.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, close enough to walk all over Broadway, Church Street, and Printer's Row, yet far enough to be very quiet. The fitness, pool, and hot tub amenities were fantastic, although we wwre initially told by cleaning ataff they were only seasonal. I'm glad we checked for ourselves! The only reason i didnt give an o eral 5 star rating was be suse there was no sofa in our apartment. Pictures all showed sofas. Since i was traveling with my son, we like our separate spaces. Thankfully the bed was a king size, but sharing it with a 37 year old son was a bit awkward. Better descriptions of living room sleeping options is needed.
