The property had been renovated since the last time I stayed there about 6 years ago. So was super nice and clean and modernized. The hotel is basic and is really a motel with doors from the rooms to the outside. But rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the shower pressure was great! The hotel is also only about a mile from the Titans stadium so great for concerts or football games and walkable to Broadway in Nashville for the various bars and restaurants etc. it would also be walkable to Bridgestone Arena. As in - for the price it’s good value as Nashville hotels are not cheap! The breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, make your own pancakes, yogurts, muffins, fruit and coffee/juice. The only negative was that I had paid ahead of time through Expedia. When we checked in, I had to pay an extra $10 to park the car there! I had no cash so paid on a debit card - but the clerk ran my card for $10 plus another $236 for the room again. Thankfully I noticed straight away after we got to the room as I had a bank notification of the transaction. I went back to talk to the clerk. He said that he had taken the charge of the account and the money would be refunded. However, the next day, the charge was still there, and it has not been refunded. I asked again in the morning at breakfast and he finally took the charge off, but he took it off the wrong credit card. It just caused a little bit of financial difficulty for me and it was frustrating that I got charged twice and for parking.
