Desent business hotel. Room was small but manageable for 1-2 days business trip. Best thing about hotel is food. Good garden restro in hotel premises.

Location of the hotel is good and easy to go any places of the city. Well maintained and well managed hotel.

Wonderful hotel
It was wonderful family stay. Clean,friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, good room service. Parking facility n convenient location. House keeping should be prompt in reporting the front office for the deficiency/ facilit yprovided in room. Need to improve on warm water for bathing timings.

Close to places of interist.
Me and my wife loved the entire experience, from morning breakfast (amazing) to the comfort of the bed at night! Staff was wonderful, location perfect, room was clean and I must make a special mention about Mr Ajay. He is so friendly and efficent. He made us feel very comfortable.

Good experience... Good staff... Cooperative, support, Overall nice experience.... Note- if you are alone.... Go for super deluxe and if with family... Go for royal suite....

Nice hotel in the center of the city
This is a nice 2 or 3 star hotel located in the center of the city. We booked 2 airconditioned rooms with 2 double beds as indicated on the booking room types. When we got there they said that the rooms only have 1 double bed and it is meant for 2 individuals, even though the booking says 3 max. We were told that the 3rd person can sleep on a rollaway mattress on the floor for an extra charge. Since there was no way of indicating on the booking form that 3 individuals would be staying in the room. We had assumed that there would be 2 double beds and by paying the extra charge the 3rd person could sleep on a proper bed. Upon discussing and insisting upon being given a room with 2 double beds with the manager we were given an extra room for the nights we were staying. Overall a decent experience however they should rectify the error in the description of the room as it is very misleading.

The customer is our most important visitor?
The hotel refused to check us in, because we were a group of 2 guys and 1 girl. Apparently we would need a marriage certificate. We are just some friends that needed a place to stay for the night. After we offered to take an extra room for the girl, they suddenly started making a scene and refused to give us a room at all. The booking was all paid for and marked as non refundable, the hotel refused to give us a refund. We found another hotel that made no problems at all about it, and even recommended us to file a complaint with the police.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean.
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and everything was at par and I would be coming back again with my family. The food in the restaurant is simply amazing and the sizzler festival was one of the best we had though being pure veg. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thanks again.

Terrible Experience
Everything about the Hotel was bad. I did not stay there even for 15 minutes. Room was dirty, toilets in bad shape. It cannot be a three star hotel, also I went with a mixed feeling after reading the reviews, had decided to go because a firm like Expedia was associated. Feel like cheated into selecting the Hotel. I understand 50% refund is being given by Expedia although the Hotel has sent me a mail stating that they have recommended full refund. Terribly disappointed with Expedia too.

Not Accommodating
Definetely not a place to consider for stay again. Disappointed with the services, no WIFI SERVICE AT ALL when it was mentioned FREE WIFI during booking. Due for an urgent email, finally in the morning was able to get the manager to allow his connection. Practically wasted half a day with this issues.

How ever I request you to visit hotel again to experience the 8 Mbps free WiFi which has been recently upgraded after your suggestion .

prijs kwaliteitverhoding is oké , maar het is jammer dat er niet meer aandacht wordt gegeven aan onderhoud en netheid. Op moment van mijn verblijf waren in de buurt grote wegenwerken aan de gang, kon ik maar moailijk appreciëren Het personeel was vriendelijk maar niet altijd even competent (receptie).

Stopping at Rama heritage
Stopped at Rama heritage for 2 days with my family. The staff were very friendly and made our 2 days comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great , altough we did nt like the tea as it was very sweet, the staff made a fresh pot for us and provided us with fresh fruit as we were fasting, Nothing was too much to make our few days pleasant, I would stay at this small basic hotel next time We are in India. Great smiling staff.
