Very satisfied with our stay , will certainly be staying again . They had a bad storm a very nites prior to our stay and management warned us to be careful as some broken branches were still stuck in the trees .

Good and tidy motel rooms. Undercover parking available. Plenty of parking area for vehicle and trailer. Staff helpful and friendly with late arrival.

Fridge was very noisy, bathroom sink was high, a small person would find difficult to use. The bed mattress was uncomfortable you could feel the springs. No table or chair to sit at. When you are travelling you just need a place to sleep and recuperate this one failed in that area.

Over night stay
After travelling all day in heavy rain our room was a welcome relief, all we expected, with a very comfortable bed and a full sized fridge to keep our food cold ready for the next day.

The rooms are nice and cosy but no good if you are a non-smoker as the smokers outside the room smoke right outside of the door. Check in was ok, but the lady was grumpy about asking for an early check-in. Also the cleaners were banging on the door at 9am! Check out is not until 10am. They need to be a bit more aware of who hasnt already checked out!

Family size Motel Room for was well provisioned and comfortable. 4 beds pull out sofa for the 5th person. Couldn't leave the sofa out as it took up too much room with 5 people, but room was clean, comfortable and as mentioned, well provisioned with microwave, plates, cutlery and sink

It was a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable stay with everything we needed. Great facilities, with a BBQ, swimming pool and a family games area, loved our stay.

Perfect! Staff accommodated our late arrival and even had the heater on for our arrival. It's the little things that count. Well done. Bed is a little hard, but can't expect the Ritz on a budget. Thanks again

The lady in the office was so friendly and helpful. The step down from the bathroom into the room could have been painted or taped. Hubby and I both stumbled on it.

Disappointing
Please be aware of the photos. Seems a bit misleading in terms of the space. No daily cleaning services and need to ask for new towels/toiletries daily. Also, noise next to fwy.

Thank you for your response - to which we have noted - - being an Anonymous guest reply it is difficult to know exact guest or room/cabin this is related to - thinking guest was offered option of room or cabin on check in and guest chose to upgrade to a cabin - Our Compendium (Property Information Booklet) in rooms/cabin explains we do not service daily but service is available on request, also so explains tea/coffee etc is complimentary on check in or again at guests request.

The Narrabri Motel and Caravan Park is excellent value for money. It is conveniently located just off the highway with convenient undercover parking. The room and facilities are clean and contain all necessary utensils, The staff are friendly and approachable and go out of their way to make travelers feel at home. I will stay again..

Decent and quiet. Not many people
We stayed in Narrabri for 3 nights. Caravan is located outside of the town but it does not make your stay inconvenient. It actually close to Paul Wild Australian Observatory and meteorite made Lake Yarri. Caravan itself is very quiet with a few working people staying overnight. They were polite, friendly and quiet too. Inside is very clean, rooms are spacious, all kitchen utencils provided. We loved to stay there.

The property was fine. Your website was not!! It misled us to believe the Narrabri Motel and Caravan Park was pet friendly and indeed it wasn’t!!! Luckily the manager Robyn was sympathetic to our plight and allowed us to stay in a cabin. It is against the Australian law to mislead people in this way!!! Fix up your website!!

Basin tap was loose and barely any cold water pressure. Also no detergent provided for washing dishes. Room had no table or chairs because having a double bed and second single bed meant there was no room for any other furniture. Room should only have double bed with a table and chairs.
