The views all the way up the coast were excellent, the position of the building being elevated above the towm facing north is fantastic. The room was a bit dated although very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Great service- tired rooms.

Great location. The property is tired - so it is great to hear that they will be embarking on a reno next year. Excellent service and fantastic onsite restaurant Queen Chow. Will try again after reno.

We could open the curtins and see the sea. The beds were a bit too hard but it was clean and tidy. We got an up graded to a room with two beds.

The only positive things were the location, clean towels and bedding, and view from the balcony. Notified reception of issues and still awaiting e mail response from Manager. We would not stay here again. For us, the motels website photos were misleading.

The hot water took an extremely long time to become hot. There was a mechanical sound & vibration that seemed to resonate between the rooms. View was great. The bed had to be moved to use the power points, there was dust & debris behind the bed & side tables.

Our room was disappointing. The decor is very tired and was very dirty and worn. Merivale should be embarrassed to have it in their stable in its current state. It is in a great place and a renovation would make this a great place to stay, until this happens there are many better options in Narooma.
