「部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。改善点をいくつか挙げましたが、それ以上に部屋は清潔でキッチンもとても綺麗で、過ごしていてワクワクするつくりになっていました。」

"An Exceptional 7-Night Stay – Spacious, Convenient, and Perfectly Located We recently spent 7 nights in a Premier Twin Room at the Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East, and it was a wonderful experience. At 40 square meters, the room was remarkably spacious with plenty of layout room, and the amenities provided were top-notch. As a JR hotel, the location couldn't be more convenient. Being directly connected to Sendai Station gave us seamless access to all JR lines and local transit, making daily sightseeing incredibly easy. The surrounding area is a shopper’s and foodie's paradise. With major malls like S-PAL, Parco, and Yodobashi right next door, alongside Sendai's famous covered shopping arcades just steps away, there is so much to see, do, and eat that you can easily fill your entire day right in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay in Sendai!"
