"A great hotel close to NRT with a nice shuttle bus service. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice spacious room and good breakfast. Top floor bar and restaurant was nice with a great view. "

"There was an early option for breakfast in the other building which started at 0530. The main building breakfast started at 0630. Good food and many choices. It was easy transportation back and forth to the airport to enjoy their reasonably priced restaurants and shopping. "

"The room was small but nicely organized and clean. The free shuttle between the airport and the hotel was on time and feet nice. Also their free breakfast buffet with various selection gets a high point!"

"The airport shuttle staff was courteous. The front desk staff was also kind, but there was a significant language barrier for English speakers. The rooms were small and outdated. The surrounding neighborhood was unkempt, with litter scattered throughout. Fortunately, the hotel is within walking distance of stores."
