奈良の贅沢なスモールホテル

これまで経験したことのないような人的サービスが濃厚なホテル。チェックイン時に部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。ツインの部屋は広々していて、ネスカフェのサーバーやBoseのリンクスピーカーなど面白い装備が充実して楽しめました。立地は近鉄奈良から徒歩2,3分、興福寺に隣接と絶好ですが、興福寺より一段下がった場所なので、部屋が境内サイドでも眺望はあまり期待しない方が。

Luxury in perfect location! Superb staff!

Very stylish hotel. Perfect location. Superb staff doing everything to make your stay in Nara most memorable! Minus: the breakfast costs a fortune! Although very tasty paying 40usd pp is too much. Our room was rather small although luxurious.

Beautifully kept hotel. Immaculately clean hotel, comfortable beds, wee appointed rooms. wonderful staff that caters to its guests well beyond expectations. Breakfast is excellent, and preparation is clearly noticed. Meal is well balanced both by contact and presentation.

Wonderful staff and wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel with the most impressive service level we have ever experienced. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who are in Nara. It’s located right next to the park and you can spot deers from the dining room while eating a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are packed with amenities and the hotel staff are helpful and service minded to a degree that exceeds any expectation.

Impeccable Service

A very nice and cozy hotel. Impeccable service, the moment we entered the hotel we were warmly greeted by their staff. We were even offered with free snacks for feeding the deers. Very centrally located within all sight seeing spots. Will go back and stay there again

お料理の美味しい、雰囲気の良い、サービス最高のプチホテル

何よりホテルのスタッフのサービスが大変素晴らしかったです。レストランも大変美味しかったです。興福寺に隣接してロケーションも最高でした。 部屋の広さが広いタイプだと違うのかもしれませんが、やや狭かったかな。ソファーがあるとうれしいかも。 館内の雰囲気やインテリアも落ち着いたよい感じでした。ウェルカムフルーツまでありました。 とても素敵なプチホテルでした。

ホテルスタッフがベテランの方が多く 対応がとても良かったです。 ディナーはピアノの生演奏付きでお食事も美味しく朝食も又、新鮮なお野菜、ヨーグルトなどヘルシーで洋食、茶粥の和食と選べ良かったです。

Superb service

You can expect one of the best service from this hotel. The hotel is just about 5 min walk from Kintetsu Nara station. It's close to the local markets yet it's located in a very nice and quite spot. The hotel staff is extremely professional in providing service and will assist you with every needs you have.

Super nice hotel in the heart of Nara

The hotel was amazing! My husband and I stayed there for one night while we travelled to Nara. The hotel itself was spectacular! All the staffs were super polite and helpful. They even gave us snacks for the deer when we went out to walk around the city. When we checked in and checked out they served us tea, truly an amazing experience.

泊まりに行きたいと思わせるホテル

一泊の滞在で利用しました。 近鉄利用でしたので、駅近くでホテルを探していたところこのホテルがヒットしました。 ホテルズドットコムの評価も良かったので予約したのですが、予想以上によいホテルでした。 部屋に入るとウェルカムフルーツやクッキー、コーヒーなどのサービス。 またスタッフのみなさんがとても親切で、初めて「ホスピタリティ」というものを感じました。 程よい距離感で対応していただいて嬉しかったです。 夜間外食に出かける時には、寒くないか心配までしていただいて。。 お部屋はスタジオタイプだったので、窓からの眺めが興福寺でなくて少し残念。。 次回は興福寺が見られる部屋を予約したいです。 不満をあげるとすれば、ハード面での問題ですがシャワーの温度調整が難しいところでしょうか。 下手するとやけどしてしまうかもです。 静かで暖かい時間を過ごさせていただきました。 また奈良・京都を訪れる際には利用させてもらいます。
