「Great location. Close to the beach」

「Great location, clean and spacious room with everything bars, restaurants, bus stops nearby. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Trapani.」

「It was a nice property in a good location. Then only problem is that there is no parking. They offer valet parking, but you have to notify them at least 30 minutes ahead of time when you want to either drop off or pick up your car.」

「The parking app was confusing. I used the location number on the machine and used the app and still ended up with a parking ticket. Not user friendly for people that are from another country.」

「I」

「We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. To make matters worse, the room didn't match the photos we had seen online. We were disappointed that there was no one available to speak with about our concerns, and we couldn't request a room...
