「Absolute gem of a place for a great price. Barbara was so attentive, patient and helpful. Super convenient next to Centrale, but so quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable; it’ll be top of my list next time I’m in Naples. 「Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great.」

「As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely.
