Very difficult to find the building as there is no signage. Reception closed at 1pm so needed to make WhatsApp calls to get directions. Also turns out that there were additional taxes required to be paid not included in the rate, and they sent multiple text messages asking for taxes payment at midnight and early hours of our first night !

It’s conveniently located next to shops and restaurants. However there were Issues encountered: -Bed sheet had stain -water leaks under the shower door wetting the bathroom floor a lot. Had to put towels to prevent it. -there is mold in the shower. -hair dryer is terrible. Very weak and stops working after a while. No way a woman can use it. -lost power in the middle of the night. Provided an unsafe feeling. -Construction in one of the rooms next door started at 8am. Too early for those on vacation.

We stayed at Toledo Relais for 4 nights. The hotel was very responsive via WhatsApp and the housekeeping lady was very helpful and thorough. The location is well situated to explore the city, albeit a lot more busy than expected. I cannot recommend this hotel to families with young children, as we were provided with a defective crib. When we asked for a replacement we were sent a link with a video on how to assemble the crib. We were able to get it to work temporarily, however it broke one morning and our 16 month old fell out. Finally, we were provided with a replacement crib but it was not age appropriate so we had to use the defective crib for the rest of the stay. I would suggest the hotel replace its defective crib for future families. Also, the padlock for our room would not close and the refrigerator did not remain cold.

Struttura in pieno centro di Napoli appena ristrutturata. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort, personale disponibile, pulizia top. Possibilità di farsi un caffè , cappuccino o tè in stanza. Che dire , ci ritornerò sicuramente !

Weekend in famiglia per visitare la città, il recapito telefonico dell’hotel risultava spento fino ad un’ora prima dell’arrivo tanto che lo staff di hotels.com stava già provvedendo a trovare una nuova sistemazione, alla fine siamo riusciti a concordare il check-in e ci hanno indirizzato verso il parcheggio che anziché chiederci 25 euro come risultava dal sito ci hanno fatto pagare 35, arrivati in hotel abbiamo pagato 10 euro di tassa di soggiorno e non 5 come previsto dalla prenotazione. Hotel accogliente, ma non quanto le aspettative, pubblicizzavano Netflix ma non era presente la connessione alla tv e la password del Wi-Fi ci è stata comunicata in serata dopo averla richiesta dal pomeriggio. Nel contesto ambiente tranquillo, letto comodo, il divano letto non molto. Posizione eccezionale e ben collegata con il resto della città!
