The owner was very kind and waited for us to check in even though we were 4–5 hours late due to train delays. Her family also helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The location is great — close to the metro — and the property itself is nice. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so we ended up using the pull-out sofa, which was only slightly better. There was also a strange smell in the hallway. Better pillows, linens, and a more comfortable bed would really improve the experience. Overall, a good place to stay with friendly hosts and great location — it just needs some updates to make it more comfortable.

Location is great, close to metro, ferry terminal and good restaurants. Breakfast starts at 0730 but the staff will accommodate you if you have to to leave earlier to catch your tour. Special thanks to Dylan and his crew who assisted me in making international calls.

Probably the nicest stay we had in a month in Europe. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. The selection of cakes and pastries was incredible. There were eggs and meats as well. The building felt safe. The restaurant next door was amazing. My only issue was that Travelocity said the property had laundry facilities and it does not so we had to walk to a self service laundromat.

Naples est une ville vivante et intéressante à visiter. Les Napolitains sont en général accueillants et sympathiques ils n'ont que très peu de considération pour la propreté des rues et pour l'écologie. 場所が分かリやすく、二つの地下鉄の中間点にある為 交通の便も良い所です。 室内も清潔に整えられており、低反発のキングサイズのベッドと枕がとても心地良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。 8:30から20:00位までは受付が常駐していたので、安心できました。いろいろな質問にも親切に対応して下さいました。近くの美味しいトラットリアを教えていただき4回も通いました。又ナポリに行く際は、是非訪れたいと思いました。

I stayed here for two nights and loved the cleanliness of the hotel. I did not like the breakfast provided as it just wasn’t appetizing (most of the warm food was not warm and over all seemed to be sitting out for a while). The staff was friendly and the hotel is very close to the ferry port (8 minute walk) which was very convenient. Not as close to the train station (about a 1/2 hour walk). Over all a good place for the price.
