The owner was very kind and waited for us to check in even though we were 4–5 hours late due to train delays. Her family also helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The location is great — close to the metro — and the property itself is nice.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so we ended up using the pull-out sofa, which was only slightly better. There was also a strange smell in the hallway. Better pillows, linens, and a more comfortable bed would really improve the experience.
Overall, a good place to stay with friendly hosts and great location — it just needs some updates to make it more comfortable.
