The included breakfast is a basket of pastries and assorted teas, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby, the property is near the airport and downtown, easy access to many shops and points of interest

Our stay at SkyCity was great! It was very conveniently located by the airport, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we were allowed to leave our bags with reception while we walked around. Would very much recommend!

Nice room, very clean and very quiet. It is close to the airport so perfect for an overnight stay for connecting flights. Unfortunately the location is inconvenient for tourism

This place is near impossible to find. The taxi cab driver was nice enough to contact property for its location because he couldn't even find it. Located in a low income housing appertments. No restaurants or anywhere to eat. Its not a B&B. Their is a small fridge with some water along with a basket of snacks to eat. Very unsafe area.

The was mold everywhere around the windows and bathroom, not clean with previous occupants socks under the bed. Close to the airport which was a plus but overall we were happy to get out of there

The host was good, he was there to meet us late in the evening. The room was clean and fine to just sleep in before continuing on the next day. However, the area is very rough and felt fairly unsafe at night. Roads and parking was tight and difficult in the dark.

It was adequate, but very difficult to find, interior space was too cramped even for two people, which wasn't fatal but the pictures and narrative failed to provide an accurate description of what this was. The person who checked us in was competent, and that was reassuring, but frankly we expected quite a bit more product for there price

Skycity B&B 23mins walk from airport

Sure, here's a review focusing on the positive aspects of transport for SkyCity B&B in Naples: --- I recently stayed at SkyCity B&B in Naples and had a fantastic experience, particularly with the ease of transportation. The location is unbeatable, situated just a short walk from major public transport hubs. The nearby metro station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with quick and direct routes to all the major attractions. Additionally, the proximity to the central train station allowed for seamless day trips to nearby cities and the Amalfi Coast. Taxis and buses were also readily available right outside the B&B, ensuring that no part of Naples was out of reach. This made my stay both stress-free and enjoyable, allowing me to fully appreciate the vibrant culture and historic sites of Naples. SkyCity B&B is an excellent choice for travelers who prioritize convenient and efficient transportation options.

Not what you expect from the listing pictures

This place is not what is shown in the pictures. It was a really good location for the airport and they did arrange a shuttle for us which was 25 Euro at 5.30am which is the main reason I picked this location as it was about a 5 min drive away. However the walk from the airport too about 30 minutes and was along a very busy main road. When you arrive at the property there are multiple blocks of flats so you have to follow the instructions carefully to find it. The whole estate seems very run down and looks to be more residential flats. Inside the building it was very run down and no lift to the rooms. The room itself was fine nothing special and breakfast was pre packed croissants. Not really much in the way of food options near by but we managed to find a burger takeaway not too far of a walk. The person who met us didn't speak much English but we managed fine with Google translate and she was helpful in arranging the shuttle

The room was confortable and clean, but the description of the area where it was located was not good. There was no telephone number where to call when we arrived late at night, but the neighbors were really kind to help us out on finding the owners and we were able to check in. In the morning, the owner was really rude and wanted to kick us out of the building because we had no cash to pay for the taxes and he did not have a credit card terminal to charge us. Really poor service.

Avoidable hotel

Chose another hotel if you need to be close to the airport! It took us 30 minutes to get in-nobody at the site. The person who comes does not speak any other language than Italian. The so called breakfast is filled croissants in plastic. We would not chose it again in spite of the low price. If you arrive on a Sunday most restaurants in the area are closed so you have to walk. It is ok inside for a nights sleep a quiet between 23-06 when no airplanes arrive, otherwise no through traffic in the apartment house area.

While the room was very clean and well put-together, I was less than happy with the service we received. The address listed on Expedia and Google does not match the actual location of the B&B. I had to contact the owners and they had to come find us in the parking lot of the building complex to lead us to the B&B. I also wasn't sent any instructions on how to do check-in, which I think would have alleviated that problem to begin with. After a long day, it was not a great experience to end the day.

Started off great, sent me useful information on how to get to the property. Taxi driver could not find the building because unfortunately instead of sending you like a description or building number they just sent pictures, which were hard to follow because every building looks the same. Place was as described, area surrounding is a little sketchy but as is majority of Naples. The main reason for my poor review is that we had arranged an airport shuttle with the lady, reminded her the day we checked in that we had to leave no later than 0700, all was good we knew the price. After a text and a phone call at 0657, with no answer, asking where and who we were waiting on that morning, she replied with where to meet at 0704. I sent another message at 0713 asking if the driver was on the way or close as we are limited on time, no answer. At 0720 I had to figure out a way to use Uber to connect with a Taxi in order to get to the airport. I solder her that and still she never bothered to have the curtesy to call or text back. We barely made it to the airport with no extra time to spare. Overall, the place is fine for a night but do not trust the "airport shuttle service" if you want to actually get to the airport.

Breakfast was a selection of sweet pastries, delivered the night before and not particularly healthy. We arrived late and there were no options for evening dining nearby. We should have ate before we checked in. The lady who checked us in was a stand-in, who spoke no English, but we managed and she was polite. My translator App was useful.

I thought skycity was a hotel near the airport, but it's a poor part of Naples. No taxi would take me there, so i walked, completely lost, at 11 at night. In the first ⁸30 mins, the only man i met was sick at my feet. But the second took me there on his motorbike. Cheap, but not for the fainthearted.

Comfortable and good value stay, near the airport - exactly as described. Our flight was delayed and the host waited for us until nearly 2am and helpful communication throughout. Thank you! Location was not the easiest to find, but instructions were clear and our taxi driver was helpful.

Even one night is too much here

The accomodation is located in a building-jungle with bad roads, this is why there is no extrior photo of this place. There was mold in the shower, tle lid of the toilet came off. Walls are paper thin, cannot rest. This is a flat turned into a three rooms B&B. There is no breakfast though, only packed croissant kind of things. The host tried to be nice, but does speak only italian. This is not a standard for renting for foreigners.

The description is not accurate. First off all there is a lot of mould in the apartment. There was no hot water - 2 adults and a child had to take shower in cold water. There is no proper breakfast - only few croissants again for a 2 adults and a child. No instructions where to find wifi, no instructions where to leave the key after the stay. So overall i would suggest avoiding this place.

Ok for one night, not more

The place was really hard to find. It was wrong building on every online map. We had to ask for help several times. Otherwise was it an ok room. Our bed was broken in the middle, so we were falling in a hole in the middle of the bed. That was not so great. But the bathroom was good. It is ok for one night. It’s also just next to the airport and it is really noisy when the flights ho over the building.
