Great well positioned apartment. 65 steps to front door but fine if able. Breakfast at a nice cafe where you receive a croissant and coffee.

As a first time traveler to Naples, the neighborhood and entrance to the hotel was a bit unnerving. The stairs up to the hotel are no joke either. But the staff was great and the room was nice and well kept. The best part was the location was fantastic! So many places to walk nearby and eat great food. I would recommend this place if you want to absorb the people and the culture!

The hotel was a little hard to find because GPS leads you toward a nearby hotel with a similar name, but Sandro was great and came out to find us. There is no elevator and about four flights of steep stairs, which could be difficult for anyone disabled or with heavy luggage. The room was very clean and air conditioning got the room cold fast. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shops, and Sandro also helped arrange our taxi to the airport. We really appreciated his hospitality!

Santa Chiara Inn was wonderful! Staff were helpful. The room was very clean and updated finishes. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was nervous about the alley this was down but once here I felt completely safe.

This "Inn" is actually an apartment building. The inn is on the third floor. Only stairs for some that might be a problem. The first gentleman had limited "English". The younger guy was more helpful and got us a taxi early morning when we departed. It's not an airbnb in the sense it has no kitchen but being an inn toiletries where limited "only small bottles and bars of soap" no conditioner. Also no water in room. Stayed at Airbnb's and hotels in Italy and always a complementary bottle of water. The location was great! Steps from everything.

This is a lovely little hotel in the historic part of Naples. The beds are very comfortable, adjustable air conditioning and large rain water shower. For breakfast, we had tickets for a little caffe a few meters down the road, the coffee and croissants were delicious and the staff friendly. We were a 4 minute walk from the metro and a short walk to other tourist destinations. There is a lot of steps to get up to the hotel, worth considering if you have a lot of luggage although the man on reception did say he would have carried them for us. I can’t fault this hotel at all, and would recommend.

I can honestly say this apartment was so lovely, ideally situated in the old town and easy for restaurants, the underground and shopping. I had two key emergencies which was out of hours and Gennaro was so helpful, went above and beyond. Aircon and shower superb.. and I really need to know where the bed mattress came from, probably the most comfortable ever.. if there was higher than 5 star rating I would give this. Thank you Santa Chiara Inn.. an amazing trip. I would just like to add I don't give a top ratings very often. Breakfast bar staff were friendly and I was a regular Aperol evening Spritz visitor too before dinner.
