평점이 좋아서 선택했는데 별로였다. 엘리베이터 없는 3층 건물이라 계단 많음, 오래된 건물이라 물에서 마늘냄새 남, 수건에서 하얀먼지 많이 묻음, 세면대 물 잘 안내려감, 샤워하면 샤워실 밖으로 물 샜음. 공항과 항구 중간에 있어서 위치는 좋음.

Great location, central and easy to walk to town. A couple great restaurants near by. Lovely staff, very helpful and room was lovely, great AC and very clean room, great shower. Would recommend.

Everything was great and we were happy. Plenty of noisy from the street on Friday night and we couldn't really sleep, but Sat and Sun was good. Just one last thing, we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us to the train station, he attempted twice but unsuccessful. He then asked us to walk to some piazza to hail a taxi ourselves. It was shocking as we had to maneuver two large luggages and time constraint just simply make it impossible. Fortunately we provision additional 30mins else we would have missed our train

Es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar gelegen mitten in der Altstadt von Napoli. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug (aus Denkmalschutzgründen) läßt einen kein schlechtes Gewissen aufgrund der vielen Pizzas vor Ort haben :-). Gennaro war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groß! Alleinig allem ein sehr perfekter Aufenthalt. Preis - Leistung auch mit dem Frühstück an der angrenzenden Bar ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! Danke das wir bei euch sein durften!!!

Nette kleine Pension. Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück findet in einer kleinen Bar um die Ecke statt. Lage des Hotels zu den Einkaufsstraßen war super. Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen und wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

It is a normal living area in Naples, next to two big churches and shopping streets. It appears the small hotel has been recently renovated as everything looks in a very good/new condition. Strongly recommend for those who want a real taste of Naples, Italy.

The room was a good value for the price and was located in a great area of the city - a short walk to Via Toledo, the port, and the historic city center. It was safe and the man who checked us in was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our bags after we checked out so that we could freely explore the city until our late afternoon taxi to the airport. We only stayed one night, but the location was exactly what I'd hoped for. We had a bit of trouble finding the Inn because other places on via Santa Chiara carried a similar name. The folks at the local bar (where breakfast was provided the next day) were helpful in calling the inn keeper to come meet up and bring us to the right location. Breakfast was simply a coffee and a brioche, so don't expect much more. The room was spacious and the shower was hot & strong, so we were pleased overall!

A great place to stay very convenient to all the main shopping areas and attractions in walking distances and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only criticism would be that there is no lift , walking the 4 flight of stairs your legs do get a great workout. I would not recommend for the elderly however overall we had a wonderful stay.

It is better to get a taxi to reach this accommodation as roads are very difficult to walk on with luggage. Also, the rooms are upper levels without a lift. Total 65 steps up and it is very challenging to carry the luggages up, particularly when we both are 60 over. Breakfast is pretty basic and communication is not easy since we speak no Italian and the receptionist speaks very little English.

This was a cute updated room in a historical building. Lots of stairs but that is clearly stated. Genaro was great and brought both our suitcases up the stairs. He booked us a taxi for our 6 am return on the second day. I would book again.
