Property was super clean and has a great terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner. It was a little loud on the street in the evening because of where it's located, however the location was amazing so you get what you ask for. We'd stay again.

Me gustó la ubicación, caminando llegas a todos los puntos turísticos. Los restaurantes están muy cerca. El departamento es precioso. Lo mejor es la terraza maravillosa donde disfrutar los anocheceres con un vino o unos mates.

Heilt ok plass, bra plassering.

Vi hadde et ok opphold. Vi ble kontaktet av Marco noen dager før oppholdet som ønsket info om når vi annkommet. Hadde en god tone med Marco igjennom mail. Når vi annkomm til leiligheten så vi det folk har skrivet om, alle trappetrinnene. Det er et gammelt bygg uten heis og leiligheten er på toppen av et 6 etasje bygg. Så liten treningsøkt ble det. Leiligheten selv er ok. 2 bad, 2 store soverom, ok stue/kjøkken som har sett sine bedre dager med kjøkken skapene som går i ett (litt inni hverandre) og en hybelkokeplater oppå noen litt mer moderne (ødelagte plater) bad er ok.. igjen sett sine bedre dager, slitasje her og der. Alt i alt, heilt ok plass. Veldig bra plassering som er midt i market gatene og herlige livet i Napoli

Super centrally located. Apartment is clean but some furnishing are showing its age. Great communication. Some noise from downstairs restaurant. Our legs are super fit after staying there for 4 nights.

The best stay!

Loved our 3 night stay. Rooftop balcony views were fabulous. Communication before stay was great. Francesca checked us in and was helpful and super friendly. Right in the heart of it all whilst staying here. Take note : Lots of stairs getting up to the apartment but worth the view.

4 days with family

Good location, good communication, clean and spacious apartment. Two bathrooms which is great, shower did not work in one of them, but we preferred the other one anyways, so it was ok. Nice terrace with view to Vesuvius. Great towels provided. To climb to the 5th floor was quite challenging for me especially after busy days, but I managed it (and I am 53, out of shape) and it is very clearly communicated, so no surprise. Overall a nice place to stay, I recommend it.

Apartement starting to get worn down, in need of refurbishment. Must climb a loooong and steep flight of stairs to reach the apartement. Not for persons out of shape or if you have problems walking. Clean apartment, ready on time and friendly hostess. All in all, an average experience.

L'appartement est très bien organisé, clair (chaque pièce possède une fenêtre ou un balcon) avec une terrasse superbe qui offre une vue sur le Vésuve et une place animée. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Great apartment for an authentic Napoli experience

We very much enjoyed San Gennaro as our home base to explore Naples, Pompeii, & Herculaneum. Marco was pleasantly communicative throughout, and his partner Francesca welcomed us to the nicely clean apartment. As noted in the description there’s no lift, which makes for an arduous but manageable trek up to the top floor, but the balcony & views are worth it! Attached is the view from the balcony overlooking the piazza which has 2 restaurants, one of which we dined at twice. Overall highly recommended!

Recommended! Location, cleanliness, cheerful

Nice, clean and colorful apartment with good location on the top floor (103 steps, no elevator which may be an issue for some). In March it was still a bit cold outside so couldn't enjoy the terrace to the fullest, but when it gets warm it would be awesome. Apartment is located in the eastern end of the old town and most interesting areas are to west from it so we did end up walking the same route quite a lot.
