Highly recommend! Rooms were spacious and clean. Common areas were very pleasant. Ester, Bea and Mauritzio, at the front desk, were very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Don't miss the morning breakfast!

Lorenza greeted us and made us comfortable. She is an amazing ambassador for the hotel and Naples more generally. Lorenza warned us about mosquitos and provided a vapour insectide repellent. We spent quite a bit of time clearing the room of the mosquitos, so bring some repellent to put on your skin. The hotel kindly organised an early morning transfer to the airport.

Quite unique property on Piazza Dante. Great hotel for historic district - walkable to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. Busy and sometimes noisy city but the noise is blocked out in each room. Be sure to look at photos before arriving so that you know which door to enter as it is marked only by a small sign. Has elevator. Breakfast each morning is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Service at Rinucci Relais

Nice little hotel, a bit hidden on the third floor of a larger mixed use building. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Room was a bit small but in good condition.

The Rinuccini Relais is located right at Piazza Dante. The old town is right next door. It is a lively neighbourhood and the metro Line 1 is right in front. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our few days in this chaotic and lovely city a lot.

Friendly a small modern hotel in old town

This was a beautiful small hotel inside a historical building. Very interesting set up. The front desk and staff are all very friendly. We booked a suit, inside actually have stove and kitchen equipments - even we didn't use it, but feel comfortable like a home. The hotel allow us to keep our bags there until 5pm. It'a actually only 15 minute to train station. Easy to take taxi or subway

This property is right at the opening tunnel to the old town area. The rooms are large and have a great view of the old Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II. The Staff also recommended the restaurant "Trattoria Enoteca Campagnola". What a great place. The service and price was excellent, and the Caprese Salad was the best in all of Italy. The entrance is a bit off the main street, inside a large doorway to a small piazza. There is a small elevator or 4 flights of old world stairs up to the hotel. If you want to visit Naples as a tourist, this is an excellent hotel!!

Hidden Gem

Our stay was amazing. The communication from the hosts was helpful and timely. Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, but once we found it, we were welcomed very warmly and with lots of helpful information. Our room was incredible. It had an incomparable view, spacious area, great lighting and temperature control, and had a good size bathroom as well. I would recommend this gem to anyone visiting Napoli. It’s clean, interesting, special, and feels very private despite being so central.

If you wanted location you couldn’t ask for anything more… right in the city centre. The lady at reception is super helpful and friendly. Nothing against the place but as a travel tip, if I was doing it again I would chose the water side as not much to see. And a lot of young locals hang out the front so didn’t feel the safest going in and out of the property … not that anything happened.

The property is on the third floor of a historic palace. Location was very central and we were able to easily walk to restaurants. We didn't shop in Naples or use the metro which was nearby. We also did not have breakfast at the hotel although it was included. Our stay was short, only two nights. The only odd thing was there is a 20c charge to use the lift to the hotel from 8am-5pm each day. The hotel does have a bowl of coins for guests to use, but we found on the first morning that the bowl was empty. Had to use our own money. Not a big thing, but a bit annoying.

We had a short but sweet stay in this lovely hotel. Amazing decor and comfortable bed, great location for exploring Naples and its culinary delights. Continental breakfast was great with fresh coffee and options for fresh scrambled eggs. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful!

Excellent property

External experiences (completely unrelated to the hotel) turned my time in Naples sour. The Rinuccini was fantastic despite all that. From check-in and out, to the room itself, it was an exceptional property.

The hotel was wonderful once you are Inside. The difficulty was finding the place. It is not well marked and behind a big wooden door. However inside the rooms are immaculate And modern. The breakfast was delicious. The hostess was wonderful

Great location and great staffs.

The staff was amiable and the breakfast was very good. Fresh orange juice is the best. Location-wise, the metro is very close and you can walk to the cable car. It was a very good base for sightseeing. On our last day, they kept our luggage after we checked out and were very accommodating. However, the elevator is tiny and requires a 20-cent coin to use. I would recommend having a few 20-cent coins on hand when staying there.
