Staff were all very nice and welcoming. The room was always very clean. It is a great location to walk to many nearby places, including to the Porto get a boat to Capri or Amalfi. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Naples.

Awesome stay! We had room #5 and it was so spacious and the bed was perfect - memory foam that was very comfortable. We were given our choice of breakfast everyday which was delivered each morning at the time of our choice from a nearby bakery- 10/10 each time. Delicious! The reception staff were all so gracious and kind. Check in was easy and we would highly recommend the area for walking. Lots of action on the main road but our entry was at the end of the road and it was nice to be tucked away. Would definitely stay again!

Staff is great. Rooms are clean Not many amenities. Set up like apartments. Code to get in door from the street. And code to get in your room. This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to be out touring and you just need a safe and clean place to sleep and shower. Area is safe. Shops nearby. Metro and taxi stand 3 blocks away

Perfect accommodation and love the city of Naples

Excellent location in Chiaia neighborhood. Spacious room with everything you need. Very good communication with the staff and they were very helpful! Breakfast was delivered to your room from a nearby cafeteria according to your wishes (different coffees, orange juice, croissants, local sweets etc) and it was delicious and included in the room price. Main tourist sites were walkable, but there is also a metro station very near the hotel. Atmosphere, restaurants and cafes were much more better near the hotel than in the city center. It took about 30 mins to climb to Vomero with beautiful scenery. Good pizzerias and restaurants nearby to dine with locals. Overall, the time we spent in Naples was excellent compared to Sorrento and Amalfi. People in Naples are friendly, service is good and prices are low! We will definitely come back to feel more Naples vibes 😊

Just stayed here for one night. Very pleased with the room. Clean. Good size .Good shower. Receptionist's very helpful and friendly. Great location. I would stay here again and I would recommend.

The receptionist Stephanie was amazing! Lots of support and good communication. But the shower room fan either is not working or they just don’t have one. Also there are no shower door. Everywhere be came so wet and humid.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A fridge, coffee machine, kettle and a television showing plenty satellite channels were available. A nice touch was a small selection of crackers, jam and crisps, and bottles of water were free. I didn't have breakfast during my stay so can't comment on the food or coffee you can get from a nearby pasticceria, caffetteria. The apartments are in a safe area, within 10 minutes' walk from restaurants on Via Chiaia or Riviera di Chiaia and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Amedeo station, where you can get a train that takes around 15 minutes to reach Napoli's main Piazza Garibaldi station. The apartments are quiet but some guests who don't live near main roads may be slightly disturbed by the noise of cars or vespas moving along Via dei Mille. The reception staff, Stephany and Arcangelo, both speak English excellently and are very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Prestige Rooms Chiaia.

Pratique et excellent emplacement

Hôtel à deux pas du métro de la place Amadeo et du funiculaire de chiaia. Le quartier espagnol et le centre historique sont accessibles à pied. Bien que servi dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner permet de goûter toutes les viennoiseries typiques de la ville. Les équipes à l’accueil sont sympathiques. Quartier un peu bruyant jusqu’à minuit, mais à Naples, nulle part n’est vraiment calme.

Hotel placeret yderst centralt, så man kan gå til det meste og i et område, hvor man føler sig sikker. Masser af shoppemuligheder, caffeer og restauranter i nærheden. Dejligt stort værelse med spiseplads, hvor man bestiller den ønskede morgenmad dagen i forvejen og får den bragt til værelset. Der er træningsfaciliteter på værelset. Også tæt på metro.

Fijn hotel voor stedentrip

Goed hotel op centrale locatie. Ruime kamers. Geen restaurant in hotel zelf, maar wel in winkeltje dichtbij voor het ontbijt. Verser kan niet, en niet aan tijden gebonden.
