The hotel sits on a steep, narrow slope where cars can’t enter, so we had to carry our luggage down the hill and then down more stairs to reach reception. Our first room was basically a cubicle in the cafeteria with mold on the walls and a bed in poor condition. The receptionist was helpful and moved us to a larger room with a nice view, but it was still very basic and the shower was extremely small. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but sufficient. Overall, the staff was kind and tried to help, but the hotel’s layout, accessibility issues, and room conditions made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Tutto bene, struttura accettabile

Hotel in zona tranquilla, silenziosa. Reception ok e check in abbastanza rapido. Camera un po’ datata, con carta da parati che si staccava in più punti; mancavano forse un po’ di prese per ricarica dispositivi e usb. Bagno grande e ben curato.

Great stay

Stayed here for 5 nights with family . Hotel was very clean , comfortable and staff were very polite . Would highly recommend .when we arrived the lady on reception went out of her way to make us feel welcome and recommend best places to visit .

Schöner Blick von der Terrasse aber das Frühstück wird leider im Keller serviert. Auswahl ist aber absolut okay und Personal sehr nett. Lage an sich gut aber Neapel ist hügelig, mit Gepäck am besten dann die Seilbahn nehmen und nicht von der Metrostation zu Fuß marschieren. Zimmer sind absolut okay, sauber, Eineichtung könnte besser sein.

The rooms are nice and staff are amazing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're traveling alone as the neighborhood felt unsafe. Otherwise a great hotel with central location. Montesanto Metro station is close by (7min walk).

A gem just below Castel St Elmo

It was an unexpected surprise that the hotel was previously a convent for the Sisters of the Franciscan order. Refurbished, clean, beautiful garden, wonderful staff, including Gianni, the night concierge and Michelangelo who helped with our bags. The hotel has been running for less than a year. Lovely stay.

Bra alternativ för den som vill bo lite avsides.

Receptionspersonalen var alltid trevligt och tillmötesgående. Frukostservisen och -utbudet var mycket varierande och uppenbarligen beroende på personen som jobbade just den morgon. Med Funicolare kommer man hyfsat smidigt till hotellet och slipper de flesta trapporna.

Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind als Aussichtspunkt sehr gut gelegen (wunderschöne Sicht über Neapel). Man sollte auf jeden Fall mit dem Funicolare anreisen um sich eine Menge Stiegen zu ersparen. Frühstück und Personal waren wohl italienischer Durchschnitt. Nichts besonderes aber auch nicht besonders schlecht.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Palazzo Sant’Antonio. Le personnel est très sympathique et très attentionné, toujours disponible (surtout la jeune fille rousse :)). Le fait qu’il y est un parking dans l’hôtel est un plus non négligeable à Naples. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques centaines de mètres du funiculaire qui permet de descendre au centre ville en quelques minutes. Seul petit bémol la salle de bains est un peu petite pour 3 personnes.

We came off a long driving day a little shaken from driving in circles in The tiny neighborhood streets of Naples.Angela helped us get our bearings when we finally arrived. She and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for more. And the rooftop view was unbeatable!
