Situé pas trop loin de la gare. Mais dans un quartier du vieux Naples, donc détritus partout, maisons et immeubles beaucoup délabrés, ce qui ne donne pas envie de sortir la nuit

Very nicely upgraded. Area around the place is old town so make sure you are comfortable with moving around the streets to get to places. Only complaint was the rock hard mattress. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

This stay is part of a personal apartment. So there is no official reception. The first time you arrive, you may find its door closed (which happened to me) I waited for 10 minutes in the alley and the owner showed up. After that I got a key. The other downside is cleanliness. I found multiple hair strings on the sheets. Other than that, it was clean.

property was very clean. Male owner was not very friendly, blamed us for poorly maintained room. Many things were in disrepair (toilet seat hinge broken, remote batteries were dead, bedside shelf slanted and unusable, shower drain partly blocked and water would pool quickly, etc) however, room was clean.

Nice place but avoid the breakfast cafe.

The room was good but there was a number of issues. No one was a t reception so I did not know where to go for breakfast. No information was left in the room and when calling the number and emailing, there was no response. The breakfast cafe Had a horrible experience here. When I went to have breakfast at this cafe, as soon as the owners saw me enter, they said no and told me to go away. I refused to leave as my booking included breakfast, i tried to speak to them but they ignored me. Horrible people.

Fine as a place to sleep

It's quite hard to find as it's in a side street and my phone was confused by the street layout. Although the receptionist didn't speak English, I checked in OK. The area is about 10 minutes' walk to Piazza Garibaldi and Central Station. You are given a voucher for breakfast (cappuccino and a croissant) at Cafeteria Splendore down the road from the hotel. The hotel was fine as a base - WiFi was reliable, the TV worked and there was a sofa. I did need ear plugs as the street outside was quite noisy at night - it's not the most pre-possessing of neighbourhoods, but I didn't have any trouble.

Just stayed in the heart of historic Napoli, and I loved it! At first, the surrounding area threw me off, but a quick walk into town revealed how convenient and authentic the neighborhood is. Close to hotels, shops, and just a 10-minute walk to the 24-hour hop-on-hop-off tour stop. Breakfast is served at a nearby café—not in-house—where you can enjoy a coffee or cappuccino with a delicious cornetto (croissant). The pizza in Napoli is the best I’ve had in Italy. I tried all the local pizza shops they are delicious but different. I stayed in the smallest room, Dalia, which was cozy and perfect for me. The owners live on-site near the lobby, and they were super helpful. They held my luggage after checkout so I could grab breakfast and even called a cab to take me to the train station. La chambre est très bien située, à 5 min à pied du centre historique, et malgré cette proximité l’établissement est très calme la nuit. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l’écoute. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner est à prendre l’extérieur de l’établissement, dans un bar à 2 min à pied ( pas très pratique et peu de choix, et surtout en terrasse, donc pas terrible à la mauvaise saison ou avec des enfants ). Si vous vous déplacez avec votre voiture, il faut prévoir de réserver le parking à l’avance pour ne pas être trop éloigné du B&B
