Perfect spot to explore Naples. You can walk from the port/airport bus stop to this wonderful modern hotel. Then it’s right in the heart of Naples, explore the old town or the amazing designer streets. Great facilities. The room was spotless, comfortable and had easy to use tv and coffee for when you’ve had enough of walking the streets of Naples! The gym is well provisioned. If we returned we would definitely use this hotel again.

Great !

We stayed for one night as a stop over. We walked from the port to the hotel. The staff was very helpful as they gave us a tour to do of Naples on foot. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight, so I can’t comment on that. But the rooms were fine for a night to stay. The bathroom amenities were great, they had NUXE that smell great!

Convenient to walk around/explore. Close to the port, rooms/bathroom are small and no A/C but they do have a cooling fan system that we found the second night and it was better. Pillows and bed are really hard/stiff, so if that’s your thing, you’ll sleep well.

Hotel is in a great location! There is a Metro stop right outside the hotel, and the hotel is only a 5min walk from the Airport Shuttle (which stops at the Port). Gym is basic, but has good quality eqipment...gym is open 24h which is very helpful. Breakfast is good....nice selection of food. There is also a beautiful terrace, so when the weather is nice, its great to enjoy your breakfast outside. Good size bedroom, and good bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice haven in a not so nice city.

This hotel was a lovely place to escape the not so nice city of Naples. The breakfast terrace was nice and I would have liked to have it serve lunch and dinner too. Hotel was close to the port where we took a trip to the lovely Island of Ischia. Glad we chose this hotel.

The reason for my short visit from Helsinki to Naples was to expirience the performance of Ponchielli’s opera ’La Gioconda’ at the Opera San Carlo. In fact, the location of the Hotel Mercure in regard to the opera house was excellent.

Stayed for 6 nights. The front reception staff were always pleasant and helpful with any concerns i had. My room was always kept tidy, and fridge was always restocked. The area is extremely convenient and you are always a good walking distance from everything. You are in front of a busy street but the sound proof balcony doors really do their job and block out the noise. It was an exceptional experience and I look forward to booking again on my next trip.

This Mercure is very well located indeed for the heart of Naples, including the port, Opera house, Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale etc. It is well connected to the railway station at Municipio metro station. The hotel is unassuming, but clean and efficient. Staff helpful. I shall certainly use again

We walked straight from ferry from Amafi to this hotel. It was the first and nicest affordable we found on our walk. It was all new modern and clean. They offered free coffee in lobby area. As soon as we arrived we walked to the corner to a hop on hop off bus tour to get a full flavor of the city of Naples for 2 hrs for 20 euros each. After we got off by our hotel and ate at a place called Sano Sano. It was our best meal with a pesto pasta dinner and capri toast. So yummy. There is a beautiful castle a short walk from the hotel. We had an early 6;30 am flight to LAX in the morning. So the hotel booked a 4:15 am taxi for us the night before. The total cost of taxi ride to airport was 22.50 euros for me and my husband. It only took 13 minutes to drive to airport. You are in the middle of town so everything is walking distance. We were very happy with the hotel.
