We got in at 9:04 and the staff were gone. We had a key code given to us for self check in. Our room was on the second floor and didn’t realize there is NO ELEVATOR. We’ve stayed in numerous Italian hotels and never had one without an elevator. The room was so small (again we’ve stayed in plenty of tiny European rooms) however this one was insanely tiny. The towels were in the closet because the bathroom didn’t have room. It’s quaint and cute but not a $250 night hotel in my opinion. When the cab dropped us off he said ‘good luck’ which we didn’t know what he meant until we saw a lot of unhoused ppl on the street in the morning sleeping on the sidewalks. Also it was hard getting a cab to go to that location the next morning when we wanted to get to the airport. Not sure if it’s a bad area or what. I thought I did my research but failed this one. We didn’t see one staff member the entire time. The good parts are…. it’s cute, clean, the kitchen downstairs would be useful but was all closed the entire time we were there so hard to say. Staff were friendly thru the WhatsApp. Air conditioning worked well. I won’t be back but it perhaps is someone’s cup of tea!

Estadia nos atendeu perfeitamente,localização excelente perto do metrô e da Sccapanapoli.O quarto também era muito bom e tinha tudo que precisávamos. O único ponto negativo é que o wi-fi não pegava no quarto,apenas na sala e na entrada do prédio.

Chambre propre, literie confortable, sanitaires ok, et bonne situation géographique à la limite du centre historique côté Piazza Garibaldi (gare), quartier plein de vie et de toutes commodités. En revanche, nous n'avons vu personne du staff - excepté en arrivant puisque le processus d'accès manquait de clarté et que l'alarme s'est déclenchée - et avons donc souffert de quelques malentendus. Cependant la personne que j'avais sur WhatsApp était réactive et plutôt efficace, ce qui nous a toujours permis de trouver des solutions plutôt rapides. Attention les logements sont au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, et donnent côté rue plutôt bruyante dès l'aurore. Réfectoire au rez-de-chaussée, mais très peu de consommables fournis (quelques sachets de thé, principalement). Ce n'est pas une solution d'hébergement qui personnellement me convient vraiment, cependant malgré quelques contrariétés nous y avons bien dormi et passé un bon séjour, plutôt recommandé si votre seule exigence est d'avoir un bon lit :)
