The Hotel was very dated and had no AC in our room. We were left to keep the windows open and here traffic all night. Once we settled in I asked the concierge if I can get food anywhere. He told me I was not able to have any outside food in the hotel since the hotel had its own restaurant as if that should matter?

This hotel was very professional, elegant & lovely. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was upgraded to a large suite as a surprise to us. The quality of the accommodation was superior. Best of all was the free breakfast buffet. It was full of excellent food from hard boiled eggs to ham, cheeses, a wide variety of delicious pastries & croissants. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would love to eat in the beautiful courtyard space. We were not allowed to do this. The restaurant was quite good. Small pizzarias and cafes nearby but not much else walkable. Had to leave before breakfast so cannot comment.

Un très bel hôtel, propre et bien insonorisé qui tranche avec le reste du quartier... Hôtel de taille humaine décoré avec goût, l'entretien et la propreté des chambres ne souffrent aucun reproche. Bon petit déjeuner. Toutefois un petit manque de services durant notre séjour : le restaurant et le bar n'étaient ouverts que le soir. pour info. Un très bon séjour au final, merci à toute l'équipe

Property has a lovely atrium/courtyard. The bedroom was fine. Nothing special and a little dated but comfortable enough for a one night stay. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite average. We were a little late going to breakfast ie about 30 mins before end time. However, they did not at that stage replace anything that had run out e.g. ordinary bread or croissants. We thought this was a bit poor really.

The hotel is well placed for the airport and is really nice inside, for the price it met up to expectations. The area around the hotel is a little run down and not a lot to do. The drive to the airport by taxi cost 17 euros so not cheap for 2km. The staff speak good English and are very attentive. Overall for one night I would use them again, but not more than the one night.

Charming gem

On our way from Sicily to Dublin we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel. We were just overnight guests but this was by far the most charming hotel we found. Beautiful style from once you entered. Staff helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel’s outside terrace. Food was excellent and very well priced. Loved that when we left the room, we need not remember to turn out the lights. Once we removed the key they just timed themselves out. So energy efficient. The area was not great for night but there was never a need to leave. Highly recommend this hotel , and would look forward to spending time there, should our travels bring us to Naples again.

Large king size room. Mattress thin. Adequate. Shower is set in with round glass doors, tiny. Binder. No English language stations out of 196 on TV. No English language newspaper. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas es muy básico. Desayuno bien pero normalito. Necesitaba shuttle al aeropuerto (ofrecido en la web) y no disponían de él. Llegué sobre las 22.30 y decían que era tarde para que me recogieran. Por la mañana lo necesitaba a las 07 00 h y me decían que en agosto no disponían del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.

Great hotel.

Beautiful interior. Modern with Italian traditional style. Luxury room at a great price. Close to airport was important for our night there. Not located in a tourist area with shopping and restaurants. Great business hotel.
